I want to exercise in the privacy of my own home but don’t know where to begin. If only I had some guidance.

Experience one-on-one instruction from Annette with a customized program designed to get the results you seek!  We will begin by scheduling an initial seventy-five to ninety-minute consultation exploring your health history, administering postural, strength and flexibility assessments along with discussing your fitness and wellness goals.  At this time a training schedule will be determined and a calendar devised. Annette will take the information gathered at the consult and create your individualized exercise prescription and the transformation can begin!
